Rubric for Diigo Technology Badge
Setting Up a Profile
Create a Profile Fill out your information under “Basic” and “Interests.” Under “Me Elsewhere,” add a link to at least 1 site. Add an appropriate picture.
Networking
Create a Group Create a private group with an appropriate and relevant description. (e.g., History 101: Learning all things historical!).  Share at least two items to this group.
Creating Connections Find 4 people in your field to follow.
Build a Library
Import Import your bookmarks from a web browser. Note that this may not work in all browsers, so try a new browser if needed.
Add Images Take at least 1 screenshot of a webpage. Add text and an arrow to point out a specific, relevant portion of the screenshot. Tag this image in your library.
Tagging You must have at least 3 web pages and 2 images tagged in your library (one of the images must be your screenshot).
Adding Sticky Notes Add 3 sticky notes with relevant comments to a webpage (this must be a webpage tagged either in your library or your public group).
Highlight Highlight at least 2 paragraphs on a webpage (this must be a webpage tagged either in your library or your public group).
Submit Work
Portfolio Create a sub-page under your website portfolio page and label it “Diigo.” Add the URL to your Diigo profile and the name of your public group to the page.
Submit Send a link to this page to your instructor via Canvas. If you are not currently enrolled in a course, send your project to iptedtec@gmail.com.
